1. Who does ERAS Sales sell to?

ERAS Sales serves both individual buyers and business buyers, with a focus on professional procurement: senior living operators, rehabilitation and physical therapy clinics, occupational health programs, commercial facility managers, and institutional purchasing teams. Individual buyers are welcome to purchase directly through our online store.

2. Do you offer B2B accounts and net-30 terms?

Yes. Qualified B2B buyers can apply for an account with net-30 payment terms. Approval requires a completed credit application and trade or bank references. Email sales@erassales.com to request the application package.

3. Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes. Volume pricing is available on most catalog products for orders above standard thresholds, and we provide formal quotes for facility-level purchases, replenishment programs, and project-based orders. Email sales@erassales.com with the products and quantities you need and we will respond with a quote within 2-5 business days..

4. Where do your products come from?

Every product in our catalog is sourced through a direct dealer relationship with an established US manufacturer. We do not operate as a third-party drop-ship marketplace. This is a deliberate choice — direct relationships mean accurate inventory, faster fulfillment, and accountable warranty support.

5. How fast do orders ship?

Most in-stock orders placed before 1:00 PM ET on a business day are processed and submitted to our fulfillment partners the same day, typically shipping within 1–3 business days. Lead times for special-order, custom, or oversized items are quoted at the time of order. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. What is your return policy?

Unused, unopened products in original packaging are returnable within 30 days of delivery. Opened items may be returnable subject to a 15% to 25% restocking fee. Custom-order, hygienic, and final-sale items are not returnable. See our Return Policy for the complete terms.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and ACH/wire transfer for B2B accounts. Approved B2B accounts may pay on net-30 terms.

8. Do you ship internationally?

ERAS Sales currently focuses on the domestic US market. International orders are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you have an international procurement need, contact sales@erassales.com — we may be able to coordinate freight forwarding and export documentation depending on the products and destination.

9. Are your products covered by warranty?

Yes. Products are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer; specific warranty information is included with each product or available on request. For warranty claims, contact support@erassales.com and we will help facilitate the claim with the manufacturer.

10. How can I get product specifications, dimensions, or weight capacities?

Detailed specifications are listed on each product page. If you need additional information not shown on the page — load capacities, dimensional drawings, replacement-part references — email sales@erassales.com and we will pull the spec sheet directly from the manufacturer.
