Return and Refund Policy

Return Window

ERAS Sales accepts returns of unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns except where required by law or by the manufacturer's warranty.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, email support@erassales.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. We will respond within one business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.

Restocking Fees

Unopened, unused returns in their original packaging are accepted with no restocking fee. Opened or used items, where eligible, are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Custom-order, special-order, hygienic, and final-sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an ERAS Sales error (wrong item shipped, defective product, damaged on arrival), in which case ERAS Sales will provide a prepaid return label.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email confirmation and process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank or credit card processing times may add an additional 3–10 business days before the refund appears on your statement.

Defective or Warranty Items

Manufacturer warranty issues that arise after the 30-day return window are handled through the manufacturer's warranty process. Contact support@erassales.com and we will help facilitate the warranty claim with the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Hygienic or personal-contact products that have been opened

  • Items marked Final Sale at time of purchase

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

  • Items returned without a valid RMA number
