Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders placed before 1:00 PM ET on a business day are typically processed and submitted to our fulfillment partners the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on federal holidays are processed the next business day.

Most in-stock products ship within 1–3 business days of order processing. Lead times for special-order, custom, and oversized items are quoted at the time of order or upon request.

Shipping Carriers

ERAS Sales ships via UPS, FedEx, and USPS for standard parcels, and via LTL freight carriers for oversized or palletized shipments. The appropriate carrier is selected based on size, weight, destination, and customer preference where available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination ZIP code. Rates reflect carrier-quoted pricing; we do not apply markups to standard ground shipping.

Volume buyers and B2B account holders may qualify for blanket shipping arrangements or discounted rates. Contact sales@erassales.com to discuss.

Delivery Times

Standard ground delivery within the contiguous United States typically arrives within 3–7 business days after shipment. Expedited options (2-day, overnight) are available at checkout for most products. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territory delivery times vary by carrier.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to the address on file as soon as your order ships. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, contact support@erassales.com.

Damaged or Missing Items

Inspect every shipment upon delivery. If a package arrives damaged or items are missing, contact support@erassales.com within 5 business days of delivery with photos and your order number. Claims filed after 5 business days may not be eligible for replacement or credit.

International Shipping

ERAS Sales currently fulfills domestic orders within the United States. International shipping inquiries should be directed to sales@erassales.com for case-by-case evaluation, including export documentation requirements and freight forwarding arrangements.
